I like to be distracted. I like to be so busy that I don't have time to think. Not physically busy , but keeping my brain busy. Today there were not nearly enough distractions...lol. I could have invented a few things to do, but I probably would have ended up annoying some relatively new friends and I really don't want to do that.
So I started reading blogs. And I mean a ton of blogs... seriously. Reading between geometry problems... and I noticed something.
Canes are a huge topic right now. I don't think its intentional... I'm hoping that everyone didn't get a memo that I was left off of about "cane day" or something...lol
Personally, I hate the damn thing... and anything remotely like it. Daddy says thats not true and that I do like the cane after I'm warmed up... but I think by that point I really don't care what he's hitting me with....lol!
Anyone else have opinions on the use of canes?

Hi there! I had never experienced the cane before I met my Daddy...and I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would like it (not that it would make much of a difference!). I've come to decide that after the initial strike (which I fear terribly), I can really get into the cane...but it's not easy!

As far as spanking goes I much prefer "thuddy" to sharp pain. As Daddy said though, once I get warmed up and into it I can handle just about anything =)

i've never had an experience with the cane. i don't exactly fear those things as much as i fear whose hand they are in!

Just found your blog and found it interesting. And enjoyed your line that you must have missed the memo about cane day.
But I think his line that once you're warmed up, you can take anything was probably right on. Now it's up to him to make sure he warms you up first.
